Stick to the Natural

With all the enticements to buy junk food that is easy to serve, we need to remember to stick to the basics, and stick close to the earth. Legumes, rice, whole wheat, vegetables and fruit give us nourishment. They are also less expensive than the prepared foods. Drink water and 100% juice for nourishment. Grapefruit juice has vitamin C. It's sour taste can be mellowed by adding a few strawberries to the container and letting it sit in the refrigerator. In fact, fresh fruit juice is the best, when you have a juicer. Then, fruit that is less than perfect, as well as vegetables, can be used for juice.
